What is your returns policy?

For Products that are Made to Order, Have Customisation, Gift Cards, Intimate or Sanitary Goods, Or Clearance Items:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or circumstance.

Our apparel is custom-made to order, and the majority of our orders fall within this category. Care should be taken to ensure you're ordering the correct size.

For All Other Products

  • All other products offered by Athlead may be exchanged for a change of mind within 30 days of purchase.
  • All items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging that you received them in.
  • We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind returns. You must cover these yourself.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your return has been approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method (this may take a few days).
  • If a product was marked as a gift when supplied to you, your refund will be processed as store credit, and you will be provided with a gift card or certificate.
